Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancelling a session: More than 7 days' notice, no charge. 7–3 days' notice, 50% of the session fee applies. Less than 72 hours' notice or non-attendance, full session fee applies and the session cannot be rescheduled. Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 72 hours' notice at no cost. Rescheduling with less notice is treated as a cancellation and charged in full. More than two reschedules within a programme may incur a £75 admin fee. Cancelling a programme: More than 14 days before start, no fee (prep work may still be invoiced). 14–7 days before, 25% of the programme fee applies. Less than 7 days before, 50% applies. Once a programme has started, completed sessions and any sessions within the next 14 days are payable in full; sessions beyond that window can be cancelled without charge. Add-ons: Insights assessments and psychometric tools are non-refundable once ordered. Debrief sessions may be rescheduled but not cancelled for refund. Organisational changes: If a client's role changes or the organisation restructures, a replacement participant may be nominated at no extra cost. Without a replacement, standard programme cancellation terms apply. Programmes may be paused up to 60 days before being treated as cancelled. If Loving Light needs to cancel: We'll offer a new date or refund any prepaid, undelivered sessions. Force majeure: For events outside anyone's control, we'll reschedule where possible.
